Canon Digital Video Camera ZR/60~This video camera comes with a Rechargable battery as well as the ability to plug into a house hold power source. If you are going to video tape in a place where there is no power source, then it is important to make sure that the camera’s battery is charged before you begin video taping. It takes about 110 minutes to fully charge the battery for this camera.
The Video Cassette
(1) Video Cassette comes with each Camera. You can request additional tapes when you pick up your camera from the IT department if you believe that one tape is not going to be enough. If you are video taping and do find youself short and cannot make it back to the IT Department or the IT Department is closed, make sure you purchase tapes with this logo on it.

2.With the Strap that has the Canon Logo on it facing you, insert the cassette into the camera with the Yellow Tape protection tab up and on the left hand side.
3.Push gently on the side and the Camera will automatically close the cassette and get it ready for video taping...

Replacing the Focusing Screen on the Canon EOS 20D Digital SLR Camera.Pdf

Canon EOS 20D digital SLR camera, with some illustrations.
INTRODUCTION
The focusing screen on the Canon EOS 20D digital SLR camera may be readily
changed in the field. Often this is desired in order to replace the factory screen
with an alternative screen having manual focusing aids, such as a split image prism
and/or a microprism field, or merely to replace a damaged screen.
The details, including the information on determining the proper orientation of the
new screen, are predicated on the installation of a new OEM screen or an “aftermarket” screen closely adhering to the configuration and dimensions of the
OEM screen. If you have a screen for which this is not so, please get the necessary
supplemental information from the manufacturer or distributor.
I understand that with some aftermarket screens, the shim installed at the factory
to properly position the focusing screen must be removed. If you have such a
screen, please get the necessary supplemental information from the manufacturer
or distributor.
Canon EOS 20D—Replacing the Focusing Screen
TOOLS AND MATERIALS
The following tools and materials are recommended for the procedure described by
this article:
• Clean washcloth, small cloth towel, etc.
• Sheet of white bond paper
• Scissors
• (Optional) One Pec Pad or equivalent (camera lens wipe)
• Small tweezers with smooth flat tips (be sure they have no sharp edges or
“burrs”)
• Round wood toothpick (must have fairly sharp point)
• Camera dust blower or ear syringe
• Small block of wood about the size of a small matchbox (or a matchbox)
• Replacement focusing screen
If a dental mirror is available, it is very helpful in studying the battle zone to get an appreciation of where the retaining frame latch is, and may be useful in the actual procedure.

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT Camera Recommended Settings & Notes~Shutter speed and F-stop. Depending on the level of ambient light in your office, you may wish to adjust the F-stop. To change, hold down the AV +/- button on the back of the camera while turning the main dial just behind the shutter button. Turning left will decrease the F-stop number and yield brighter pictures, turning right will increase the F-stop number and yield darker pictures.
2 Focusing. Press and hold shutter halfway to focus image. When image is in focus, the camera will beep and the red lights in the squares will blink. The area directly behind the blinking light is the center point from which the camera focuses, so it is best if this is in the center of your subject. Without releasing, press the shutter all the way down to freeze the image. NOTE: Especially for intraorals, make sure to rotate the ring flash uni around the lens 90 degrees so that the part of the flash here the wire connects does not block the camera’s AF
sensor.
Battery Kit. Dolphin includes a Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery and charger with your camera. Purchasing an additional battery and charger is recommended for extended camera use. Using the LCD display drains the battery life sooner.
4 Filtering the Lightbox. Due to the intensity of the flash bulb inside the lightbox, we recommend placing some type of filter over the bulb to prevent the backlight from overpowering the camera’s flash. We recommend using two standard C-fold paper towels. Coffee filters or regular roll-type paper towels also work.
Do not worry about fire hazards as the split-second flash inside the lightbox is not enough to generate enough heat to burn. If your background comes out yellow, use less filters; if you see a halo or whiteness obscuring the jaw line then add more filters...

Pull the battery compartment ‘slide’ toward you and then to the right! If you just pull back, it will NOT open. Figure on a new set every few hours of operation. Alternatively, Ni-MH rechargeable batteries can be used if you have them. DO NOT use NiCd or regular, cheap, non alkaline batteries. If you remove the batteries from the camera for some time, it will probably forget your settings.
The memory card is installed. This will allow you about 30 pictures before having to download to your computer. The number of remaining frames is displayed at the bottom right.
